1. HOW DOES POPPYLIST WORK?

When someone buys a gift from your registry, they’re not shipping it right away—they’re technically securing it for you. You’ll see those under the “Purchased Items” items tab in your account. When you’re ready (whether that’s before the baby arrives or a few months after), log in, hit Gift-Me, and complete the steps to initiate fulfillment.

2. CAN MY GIFT-GIVER SEND THEMSELF THE GIFT?

Nope! With Poppylist, you’re in charge of when and where your gifts get shipped.

• Diaper Raffle: Guests bring a pack of diapers for a chance to win a prize.

3. HOW DO I RECEIVE MY GIFT?

When you’re ready, simply log in to your Poppylist registry, find your purchased items, and click ‘Gift Me’. That kicks off the shipping process.

Important: Nothing ships until you initiate this process.

4. WHAT IS THE POPPYLIST BANK?

Think of the Poppylist Bank as your personal fund within your baby registry account. When someone buys you a gift, you can choose “Add to Bank” instead of having the physical item shipped. The amount they spent will be deposited into your bank for use however you’d like later. Plus, if a gift sells out or the price changes, Poppylist will automatically deposit the amount paid into your Bank.

5. WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I GO TO FULFILL MY GIFT AND IT'S SOLD OUT?

If an item is sold out when we go to fulfill it, we’ve got your back. Our team will either:

a) Reach out via text or email to see if you’d like a different size, color, or similar option.

OR

b) Deposit the gift amount into your Poppylist Bank—so you can use the funds however you’d like.

6. WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I GO TO FULFILL MY GIFT AND I NO LONGER WANT IT?

Instead of receiving the item, you can deposit the gift funds into your Poppylist Bank with a single click. That way, you can use the money to buy something you actually need (or let’s be honest—something you just really want).

7. IF I DON'T WANT THE GIFT AND CHOOSE CASH INSTEAD, WILL THE GIFT-GIVER KNOW?

Nope! Your secret’s safe with us. Gift-givers aren’t notified if you swap a gift for cash.

8. HOW DO I ACCESS THE MONEY FROM MY POPPYLIST BANK?

When you log into your Poppylist account, you'll see your Available Balance displayed right at the top. When funds land in your bank, you can cash out in a few ways: Amazon, Visa or Target gift-card, or a PayPal deposit.

Pick your preferred option, and boom—baby stuff, coffee, or a much-needed treat for yourself is one step closer. All withdrawals are documented inside your account.

9. WHAT HAPPENS IF POPPYLIST FULFILLS A GIFT FOR LESS THAN WHAT MY GIFT-GIVER PAID?

If we fulfill a gift for less than what your gift-giver paid, we’ll automatically deposit the difference into your Poppylist Bank—no extra steps needed.

10. WILL I END UP WITH DUPLICATE GIFTS?

Nope! Your gift-givers can’t “reserve” a gift, accidentally check a box, or forget to mark something as purchased.

They either buy the gift or they don’t—simple as that. This means zero risk of duplicates and no awkward “Wait... did someone actually get this for me?” moments.
